Delete your account

Delete it in the application

1. Sign in to OPCG Online.
2. Open your profile, then open the Account section.
3. Select Delete account.
4. Type DELETE and confirm.

Deletion is permanent. It removes the account, authentication sessions, decks, friends, messages, replay access, rankings and active PRO access. Information that must be retained for security, fraud prevention, legal obligations or dispute resolution may be kept only for the required period and without an active player account.

If you cannot sign in

Send a deletion request from the email address associated with the account to developer@opcg-online.com. Include your OPCG Online account name. We may ask you to verify account ownership before processing the request. Never send your password or an authentication code.

What happens next

In-app deletion takes effect immediately and signs out every active session. Email requests are processed after ownership has been verified. Deleting an OPCG Online account does not cancel or refund a store transaction; refund requests remain subject to the relevant app store’s rules.
